Founder's Message – Randa Tfaily
Welcome to RT Creativity Hub, a space shaped by my deep belief that art is more than a skill — it is a way of connecting, healing, and returning to our true selves. My journey has moved across countries, disciplines, and cultures, and everywhere I went I saw the same truth: creativity lives inside every person, waiting for a safe, encouraging space to come alive. This hub was created to offer that space — a sanctuary where art, culture, and wellbeing meet. Here, we honor the freedom to explore, express, and transform. Whether you are an emerging artist, an established creator, or someone simply looking for balance and inner peace, you are invited into a community that values authenticity, curiosity, and emotional depth. Through our art academy, cultural hub, and wellbeing programs, we celebrate creativity as a universal language — one that heals, connects, and inspires. I am grateful to walk this path with you, and I look forward to the colors, stories, and breakthroughs that will grow from this shared journey.
With creativity and gratitude, Randa Tfaily Founder, RT Creativity Hub
Founder Biography – Randa Tfaily
Randa Tfaily is a Lebanese–Canadian visual artist, painter, and certified Art-Expressive Coach. She is the founder of RT Creativity Hub, an art academy, cultural space, and wellbeing centre dedicated to creative expression and emotional growth. Raised in an artistic family surrounded by poetry and painting, she discovered her love for art at a young age and trained with established artists before starting her professional journey. After moving to Canada in 2004, Randa completed a master's degree in civil engineering at École Polytechnique de Montréal and later bridged her artistic and technical interests through work in architecture and interior design. In 2011, she chose to dedicate herself fully to the visual arts, joining major art institutions in Montreal, including the Centre de Loisirs Saint-Laurent and the Visual Arts Centre in Westmount, to deepen her practice in drawing, painting, mixed media, and contemporary art. Since 2014, Randa has participated in numerous international exhibitions across Canada, Qatar, France, Italy, Spain, and the UAE. Her career includes three solo exhibitions: – Shadows & Colors (Katara Art Center, Doha, 2017) – Paradox (LAAPS, Beirut, 2023) – Whispers of the Soul (Hyatt Regency Oryx Plaza, Doha, 2024) She is represented by Van Gogh Art Gallery (Madrid) and Caroun Art Gallery (Vancouver), and is a member of LAAPS (Lebanese Artists Association – Painters & Sculptors), IAD (International Artists Doha), and the Lebanese Artists Syndicate in Bekaa. In 2025, she was honoured in Paris with the Médaille de Vermeil for her artistic contribution. Randa's work belongs to the expressive–abstract school, known for its emotional intensity, vibrant colours, and reflections on memory, identity, attachment, and the human psyche. Through RT Creativity Hub, she shares her belief that art is a space for transformation, healing, and authentic self-expression — values that sit at the heart of her artistic and educational vision.
